Berkshire Ridge Parking Information
ALL RESIDENTS MUST OBTAIN A PARKING PERMIT(S)
Permits can be obtained by contacting Wilkin Management Wilkin Management Group.
Residents should only park their vehicles in their unit garage and/or driveway.
By parking in the street, a safety threat arises with respect to emergency vehicles (i.e. Police, Fire, and Ambulance) may have their access blocked in the event of an emergency. Additionally, it is possible that a car parked on the streets of the development will be hit by a passing vehicle. Guest Parking is reserved for visitors to the community, and parking in these spaces by residents limits the spaces available for guests, who subsequently have nowhere else to park.
Listed below are additional parking regulations, as stated in the Berkshire Ridge By-Laws. All residents must adhere to these regulations; failure to do so could result in you being fined by the association, or having your vehicle towed at your expense.
If
you have further questions about parking within the community, you can contact
Wilkin Management Group, attend
a monthly board meeting to have your questions addressed, or send an e-mail
to
board@berkshireridge.com.
